Terms and Conditions for Sound Copilot

By purchasing, downloading, or using Sound Copilot ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Software. The Software is developed and operated by Daniele ("Hommelsound"), based in Norway.

Upon purchase, Hommelsound grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on your devices, strictly for personal or professional audio production use.

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
• Modify, crack, or bypass the license verification system.
• Resell, rent, lease, or distribute your license key or the Software binaries to third parties.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. They handle all customer service inquiries related to payments, billing, and refunds.

Sound Copilot includes a 30-day free trial so you can fully evaluate the Software before purchasing. Because you can test the product at no cost for an extended period, purchases are not eligible for refunds once a license is bought.

All payment and billing inquiries are handled by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record. Please note that excessive refund requests or attempts to abuse any policy will be denied.

The Software is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Hommelsound does not warrant that the Software will be error-free, completely secure, or that it will not occasionally crash or conflict with your Digital Audio Workstation. In no event shall Hommelsound be liable for any data loss, corrupted audio projects, or direct/indirect damages arising from the use of the Software.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
